Effective Date: July 19, 2005

This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) shall constitute the entire agreement between RocketProfit™, an Internet property of Traffix, Inc. (“RocketProfit™,” “we” or “us”), and you governing the collection and use of your personal information at the www.RocketProfit.com website (the “Program Website”) and/or participation as an affiliate member (“Member”) in the RocketProfit™ affiliate member program (the “Program"). If you are a corporation, limited liability company/corporation or any other type of business entity, the term “you” shall include any officer, executive, member, employee, consultant and/or agent of your business entity.

While certain areas of the Program Website may be accessed and viewed by the general public (“Visitors”), you must apply and be accepted as a Member by RocketProfit™ in order to gain complete access to the Program Website. Prior to any decision accepting or rejecting an application, which decision is in RocketProfit™’s sole discretion, Program applicants are referred to as “Applicants.”

Acceptance of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change at any time, in our sole discretion, and such changes are effective upon their posting at the Program Website. Changes may include, without limitation, changes in the types of information we collect and how we use such information. Bookmark this page and check it frequently as it is up to you to refer to this page for any amendments and/or changes to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any changes to the Privacy Policy, you must discontinue your use of the Program Website and/or terminate your Member status by emailing affiliate@RocketProfit.com. By visiting, accessing and/or using the Program Website and/or your continued participation in the Program, you are fully subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time.

Information Collection and Use

Since we are an affiliate network program, we attempt to only collect personal information from 1) persons over the age of majority or business entities that 2) own and operate websites through which they conduct a business. Other than log a Visitor’s visit to the Program Website, we do not us personally identifiable information about or from Visitors who do nothing more than visit the Program Website and fail to supply personal information to us.

RocketProfit™ collects personally identifiable information (“PII”) from each and every Applicant for purposes of evaluating the Applicant’s potential enrollment as a Member in the Program. Examples of PII that may be requested include name (or business name), mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address, social security number, tax ID number, URL information, etc. The PII that RocketProfit™ collects from Applicants is principally intended for due diligence and administrative purposes, should the Applicant be accepted as a Member (e.g., accounting and pay-out of commissions). Periodically, RocketProfit™ may use your PII to communicate with you via e-mail newsletters or other method to offer strategic marketing information and other business-related communications. To do so, RocketProfit™ will use your PII.

All applications to become a Member are subject to RocketProfit™'s acceptance, which we may withhold for any reason, at any time. If we reject your application, then we may retain your PII that you supplied in your application and use same in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

If we accept your application as a Member, we will retain, use and share your PII with third parties in any manner consistent with the purposes of the Program including, without limitation, linking, tracking and paying out your commissions. In fact, RocketProfit™ may, from time to time, supply PII to certain third-party service providers who providing Program-related support services. We may also obtain other PII about you during the course of your participation in the Program including, without limitation, information about the volumes of business you conduct through the Program. We may retain the PII that we obtain about a Member after that Member leaves the Program. RocketProfit™ is not responsible or liable for any use or disclosure by any third party of any Member PII that we furnish to such third party.

In addition the aforementioned uses, the PII that Applicants and Members submit to RocketProfit™ remains your property, but by submitting that PII to RocketProfit™, you grant RocketProfit™ the right to use such PII for marketing purposes including, but not limited to, sharing such PII with our marketing partners. RocketProfit™ may also use such PII to telemarket certain offers to you, fulfill prizes, track compliance with our Terms and Conditions, or for content improvement and feedback purposes. In addition, by applying to be a Member with the Program, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule, 16 CFR §310 et seq. (the "Rule"). Notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission's Do-Not-Call List, RocketProfit™ retains the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the Rule. Moreover, by registering with, or requesting information from, a third-party advertiser at or through the Website, such action shall constitute an inquiry and/or application with the respective third-party advertiser for purposes of the Rule and you may be contacted via e-mail, direct mail and/or telemarketing by such third-party advertiser in accordance with the Rule.

RocketProfit™ may sell the PII that you supply to us and we may join together with other businesses to bring selected retail opportunities to Members. These businesses may include, but are not limited to: (a) providers of direct marketing services and applications, including lookup and reference, data enhancement, suppression and validation; and (b) affiliated marketing partners. In addition, RocketProfit™ reserves the right to release current or past Applicant and/or Member information in the event RocketProfit™ believes that the Program Website and/or Member status is being or has been used in violation of the Terms and Conditions or to commit unlawful acts, if the information is subpoenaed, if RocketProfit™ is sold or acquired, or when RocketProfit™ deems it necessary or appropriate. By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you hereby consent to disclosure of any record or communication to any third party when RocketProfit™, in its sole discretion, determines the disclosure to be appropriate.

Aggregate Data

RocketProfit™ may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit many of the pages of the Program Website, such as the type of browser you are using (e.g., Netscape, Internet Explorer), your IP address, the type of operating system you are using (e.g., Windows or Mac OS) and the domain name of your Internet service provider (e.g., America Online, Earthlink).

We may use the non-personally identifiable information that we collect to improve the design and content of our Website and to enable us to personalize your Internet experience. We also may use this information in the aggregate to analyze Website usage. We also reserve the right to use aggregate or group data about our Visitors for lawful purposes. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage and/or characteristics of our Visitors as a group. By visiting and/or supplying your personal information at the Program Website, you agree to allow us to provide such aggregate data to third parties.

Cookies

When a Member logs in to their Program online account page (the “Member Account”), a "cookie" is placed on their computer. A cookie is a unique piece of code and/or text that is issued to the Member and placed on the Member’s hard drive. Cookies allow RocketProfit™ to validate the identity of each Member and maintain the security and privacy of each Member Account. Each cookie is required to log into the respective Member Account and there is no method to opt-out of this cookie. We also employ cookies to understand Program Website usage, to personalize your experience and to improve the content and offerings on our Program Website.

Security Precautions

RocketProfit™ makes every effort to maintain the security of the Program and the data we collect. RocketProfit™ maintains strict internal security policy with respect to the security of Member’s PII and other data, limiting access only to those employees or third parties who have a need to know such information for the purpose of effectively administering and delivering the Program.

Access to PII/Opt-out Information

RocketProfit™ allows Members who have supplied PII access to their PII through their Member Account. Please check and update your PII on a regular basis to ensure that it is accurate and correct. At your Member Account, you may also select your options to opt-out of certain communications from RocketProfit™.

Privacy Policies of Member Websites

RocketProfit™ requires that all Members create and comply with privacy policies that are consistent with TRUSTe guidelines for crafting privacy policies and provide Internet consumers with conspicuous access to these policies. Additionally, RocketProfit™, requests that each Member disclose any and all information that is being collected from consumers on his or her Member Website, including data gathered from banners and other forms of advertising served therein. If you have particular concerns about any website advertising privacy issues in connection with the Program, please contact affiliates@RocketProfit.com.

Minors

Individuals under 18 years of age are not allowed to apply for the Program. No information should be submitted to, or posted at, the Program Website by Visitors under 18 years of age. We encourage parents and guardians to spend time online with their children and to participate and monitor the interactive activities of their children. If you believe your child has provided RocketProfit™ with any PII by registering at the Program Website, please contact affiliates@RocketProfit.com to have such PII removed. We do not permit the Program Website and/or any Member Website to collect information from minors.

Third Party Websites

RocketProfit™ does not endorse, nor is RocketProfit™ responsible for the accuracy of, the privacy policies and/or terms and conditions of each of the third-party advertisers on the Program Website. The entities which advertise and/or place banner ads on the Program Website are independent third parties and are not affiliated with RocketProfit™.
